I did cheat the mouse holes though. With testingcheats true, you can shift click on the mouse holes and click destroy object and they disappear. I've been struggling with making this apartment make sense and you did it! Such a simple, easy fix.
I had this problem recently, it turns out I had the cabinet too low. Sims could wash their hands or brush their teeth, but not wash dishes. I raised the cabinet up, and boom: washing dishes in the kitchen. (I locked the Sims out of the bathroom, to force them to use the sink. When I did that, I could only "throw away" the dishes, until raising the cabinet.)
When I do apartments/lofts, I only put brick on the outer walls and walls that the plumbing is on, and make all the other walls "normal". The idea is that an industrial space is often really open within the building's outer shell except where they put things like restrooms, which means the plumbing will be in a wall that is original to the building and other walls were put in later with timber and drywall.
It looks really great! I have to admit, when I'm building, I think real life risks. Like when you put the fridge next to the brick wall but I had to realise that it's a SIMULATION so it doesn't matter. 😅🤣❤
i think you should be an interior designer, in the best way possible i never like or understand where you are going with a room as you begin to furnish but by the end its so beautiful and all makes so much sense

Oh yeah! I guess she can make her sims save up since puppies don't need baths yet.
You can actually brush the pets to get them clean without needing a bath tub. If they're really dirty though it can take awhile to brush them clean.
