Problem is 1. The cartridge half moon DOES NOT Always come from the manufacturer in that orientation and 2. There are times when the cartridge comes from the manufacture, where the components of the lockout device are such that they make engaging the cartridge impossible. The lockout spring and the plastic half moon which is suspended inside the cartridge shaft by the lockout spring are occasionally under such friction that’s reasonable pressure is not sufficient to dislodge the plastic, half moon and seed the cartridge. I’ve even taken the wooden end of a Q-tip, and pressed it down inside the cartridge, and could not dislodge the plastic half moon. I had to remove the lock out spring in order to get the cartridge to seat.
I've had three cartridges in a row fail on me and lock out-that equals 225$ worth of garbage. I have a pen that cost thousand of dollars and I can't get the damn thing to work. Garbage.
First thing - this is THE WORST loading mechanism I have ever seen in 2 decades of practice -and then u post a "helpful" video that doesnt make it any easier… The device works amazing, once you bleed money going through 3 different cartridges before one of them locks properly. What a joke !!! you guys need to focus on replacing these devices for those of us who spent $1000s on them, with devices are actually work and WONT bleed our $ thru LOCKED OUT CARTRIDGES! VERY DISSAPOINTED !!! Does it even make sense that every time I have to use the device I must go through 2-3 cartridges before 1 fits properly, after spending 20 minutes watching THIS very damn video every time and then go back the room to find that my patient had to leave because I spent 20 minutes trying to put on your "easy-access" cartridge. You guys seriously need to fix this problem. Look at your comment section for crying out loud. Do u see any satisfied Consumers???
It’s not easy at all. Thinking about changing to a different device.

Why so tricky to insert the cartridge??!!! Bad tech...
Cartridge is not easy to insert unfortunately.
absolutely worst device i have used. applying the cartridge is super tricky and the thing locks and you gotta discard it. horrible tech.
