I have a 36x18x18 Dubia that I haven't used yet because I like Colubrids and there's a huge gap between the glass. I've heard newer versions are better with this though. Hopefully going to put something in it eventually. I have a Zen 4x2 for my Milk Snake and it came damaged and is a bit flimsy, but it was all I could afford (plus I needed the stand for storage). One day I am mega upgrading him to a Blackbox but yeah, I need a full time job to afford those.
I had 2 and yes they bite and bark they are considered the pitbulls of the lizard world lol….you have to hold them to get use to it they do bite and yes the bites hurt.i don’t recommend them for kids lol…. But they are beautiful… I had hold mine with gloves cause of the biting.
That dang enclosure! I put an enclosure together that was similar and my dumbass put a piece in wrong and it was hell to get it apart. I used a piece of wood and a cloth between the wood and enclosure to help even out the pressure from the mallet bc me hammering away was messing the enclosure up. Also, make sure your getting right in the corner. You may have 2 try ro get a flat head and kind of wiggle it out a little bit from side to side. Maybe give that a try? My husband was trying to help me but I was dammed determined to do it myself! I did let him try to just so I knew I wasn't a weak ol typical woman lol and he couldn't even get it. I did finally get it the next day once I cooled down ha. Those Tokays are gorgeous! I buy 1 pothos and just propagate the hell out of them so I have infinite pothos. Check the grocery store plant section they're usually cheap. I got several large more expensive plants for like $10-$12. Just keep checking back hopefully you'll find something. Have a great day
