Aww, I always feel bad for the next door neighbours. My son plays video games into the night and when he has his window open, you can hear it! When I see it, I make him shut it. Too bad your remote doesn’t do anything for computer games.
I live in an apartment for 8 years I got no trouble at all with the previous neighbors then a woman came in and I started to hear all kinds of loud television noise loud phones and just her screaming I talked with her a couple times and tried to convince her that this behavior has to change in order to live next to each other peaceful It did not change much so I recorded it for a couple months then I did send it to my rental company they invited me for a talk and explained everything they told me that they would talk with her and take action if needed She got a warning they told me a couple weeks later and this process has been for like 4x already She simply says I have the right to live and it's just the thin walls of the apartment building itself Having very less empathy and care about the environment and ppl around her It's very annoying because no matter what I document and send to the rental company She manages to deal with it and kind of gets away with it with a sisser for my feeling while I take this very serious a local police officer which is assigned to contact considering these issues even told me If u can afford to move out I would advise u to do so because honestly it will take a long time and a lot of documentation In order for the rental company to really take action while he said even with police reports must build up a dossier and probably sue her This frustrates me a lot knowing that she can just go on with this behavior i don't know what to do anymore to the point I don't live in my living room I moved to the other side of the apartment where I made a bedroom a small office This is the only thing that works for me in order to stay physically healthy and mental just because there it is silent and peaceful I don't want to move because I like living here
Hi Miinto, are you in NSW? If so, you can seek mediation via NSW Fair Trading. That would be a good next step for you. www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/help-centre/online-tools/apply-for-strata-mediation
I have noisy neighbors and they're driving me crazy it's loud rap music at all times of the day and night I talked to the landlady and she won't do anything about it unless the Noisy Neighbor receives a citation from the police the problem is he has a camera on his outside door and when he sees the police come he turns it down when he sees them leave he turns it up even louder than he had it the police say if we can't hear it we can't write a citation so this means the tenant is creating a Non-Stop noise problem by using a camera to know when the cops come and go I have tried to find another place to live but that's easier said than done not only because of a housing crisis but also rising rent rates besides that if you do find somewhere to move to you might move Into a place that's worse

I live in an apartment for 8 years I got no trouble at all with the previous neighbors
then a woman came in and I started to hear all kinds of loud television noise loud phones and just her screaming
I talked with her a couple times and tried to convince her that this behavior has to change in order to live next to each other peaceful
It did not change much so I recorded it for a couple months then I did send it to my rental company
they invited me for a talk and explained everything they told me that they would talk with her and take action if needed
She got a warning they told me a couple weeks later and this process has been for like 4x already
She simply says I have the right to live and it's just the thin walls of the apartment building itself
Having very less empathy and care about the environment and ppl around her
It's very annoying because no matter what I document and send to the rental company
She manages to deal with it and kind of gets away with it with a sisser for my feeling
while I take this very serious a local police officer which is assigned to contact considering these issues even told me
If u can afford to move out I would advise u to do so because honestly it will take a long time and a lot of documentation
In order for the rental company to really take action while he said even with police reports must build up a dossier and probably sue her
This frustrates me a lot knowing that she can just go on with this behavior
i don't know what to do anymore to the point I don't live in my living room
I moved to the other side of the apartment where I made a bedroom a small office
This is the only thing that works for me in order to stay physically healthy and mental
just because there it is silent and peaceful
I don't want to move because I like living here
