Sector webinar - Getting complaints right

This webinar was for aged care providers and people receiving aged care and their family, friends, and other supporters. The webinar focused on our complaints report: Complaints about aged care home services - Insights for people receiving care. In the session, we aimed to help people to understand rights in aged care, what is expected from home services providers, and how the Commission can help. We will also talked about what to do if things are not going the way people want, including how to make and manage complaints.
