As someone who's 5' on a good day, it always makes me happy to see fun rides that are fun-sized. Most things are always made for "average" to tall people and it sucks when handlebars are awkwardly high or saddle/frame height is just high enough that you're always or sometimes not even able to be on tip-toes.
Someone did a review videos about the cons of the Roadrunner, and one of the other points he made was that the front fender was too short. He went out riding, after a rain, and got splashed from the crotch upwards. Plus, he also noted the concern about the controller under the seat getting wet. If not a longer front fender, then perhaps a plate bolted on the frame behind the front tire can help remedy that. That would be helpful especially here in the Pacific Northwest of Canada.

Man if this thing had extra water protection on the controller and battery and springs on the seat for extra cushion this would be an instant buy for me. This looks like a lot of fun.

Took one of these for a test run yesterday here in Australia - coolest ride ever. The only flaw - and its a massive flaw - is that the seat was way too hard with no springiness. If feasible, I wager a back shock absorption system would rocket this product to number-1 worldwide in its class. Until the seat issue is fixed its a no buy from me..... I kinda love my spine and want it to remain healthy, which this bike doesnt take into account.

How about adding a rear rack that slides away as an option? The two top tubes look long enough and straight enough to house tubes inside them long enough to slide out. The rack could be as long as the seat with the remaining tube length inside the frame for strength. With a smaller middle tube hidden under the seat to create a kind of platform, added strength, and house wiring for the brake light/turn signal. The brake light assembly could be mounted on the very back end of the rack and used as a pull handle (with its own vertical mount?) with a tape measure kinda device attached to feed out the extra length of wiring without it flopping around.
Bungee a backpack to it... a milk crate... a pizza... Not like I've given this any thought or anything......

Are you folks working on a Version 4? My brother just got this bike in and it’s a pretty awesome bike. Just a few things that would make this bike a little better. 14X3 inch tires would improve stability and make the ride a little more comfortable and more capable where roads isn’t that great. Headlight, let’s face it. A brighter light is always a good addition, at least 800 lumen headlight. Suspension still needs more work, improved yes but still needs more travel and better adjustments. It’s still very hard to compress even when turn all the way down. A battery pack using a more premium battery cell like the Molicel p42a cells.

A solid water proof rating, front fender extender option included for inclement weather, rear suspension or at least a spring under the seat, much faster charging, 800 watt dual motors & voltmeter/battery gage would make this a proper means of transportation & not just a fair weather toy/PEV.
The swappable batteries are great, just a little more speed maybe 50 mph is plenty fast enough, slightly more range & better hill climbing capability. That frame is just waiting for accessory bags for additional storage & grocery getting. I love the welded aluminum tube frame. Hinged locking seat to access a bag under the seat & frame &lock a helmet. These things could be a massive hit as long as the price stays where it is. They look to be extremely customizable. (think Honda Ruckus) This is the small, affordable electric scooter I have been waiting for if those few changes were adopted. Keep it cool, keep it rugged, keep it basic & keep it affordable & priced right. You can make lots of money on the mods, accessories & add ons that everyone will want.
Please FFS, make it waterproof to the extent that it is completely rideable in the rain. You guys in California have all the fun. What are we supposed to do/ride for 6 - 8 months a year in the Pacific Northwest? They make electric cars for all weather, why not scooters.

That would completely ruin this little scoot & make it what it isn't. Buy an E-Bike if you want peddles. That is not what this little scoot is. You would have to change the whole geometry & height of this little semi portable scooter. You couldn't peddle anything with you knees bent in a tucked sitting position.
You need to sit much higher with extended legs to peddle properly & efficient. That's why peddle bikes are taller & scooters can be shorter. Have you ever tried peddling a tiny little short bicycle where you can not extend your legs? It's very difficult & allows you little to no force on the peddles & crankshaft.

I have been following this vehicle since last summer when i first saw it in manhattan new york city.
it's the right form but too small and needs rear suspension. wheel size is finally perfect.
however, wheelbase is too short , and this is inappropriately sized for larger riders altogether.
it looks toyish, and unfortunately would be unstable turning at high speeds, especially over gravel with smaller wheels and high speed profile tires.
for a city vehicle, this must be longer . the seat must be far larger, and adjustable in height.
the foot pegs, and or seat, must also be adjustable for-aft so that all rider sizes can adjust to it.
once these changes are made ( and they are not trivial ) , this will blowout the 'onyx' and even compete with 'cake' vehicles in this genre. the presence of pedals, disqualifies any other model from comparing with 'pedal-less' models. also , bolt-on seats for standing platforms are also insufficient for comparison.
there is no vehicle that is affordeable and dominant , yet, in this class, with swappable battery packs.
the NIU rental e-scooters on the streets of new york (white-labelled under the 'revel' brand) weight 300 plus pounds and , while they comfortable fit a two up set of riders, they are too big and too heavy for the ordinary-use case of these vehicles which may include bringing the vehicle through doorways, outdoor gates, and even parking the vehicle vertically on it's ass-end in a tight spot up against a wall or something.
max-vehicular weight should be 110 pounds, max.
we are getting there. and when we do, i'd buy one.
there remains ALOT to be done though. a lot. but it's all pretty doable.
    extra---
    1) A larger seat for 2-up riding.
    2) and MOUNTS for storing the 2nd battery
    3) rear protrusion for a tow-bar- like you see on cars, a ball sticking out of the back seat like a towing-knot. yes, people will start using these for towing cargo trailers and cargo of all sorts. it's gonna happen once you realize urbee and others companies are exploiting rising gasoline and parking costs in cities.and this thing is made for cities.

🐍In your video you elevate the bike and freewheel it. Then say you get a greater speed.
    I beg to differ:
Unless your bike travels at negative speed, there is no increase. What I saw was a freewheeling bike traveling at ZERO(0) miles per hour. 🖖🤙

50cc gas moped market is getting destroyed. We can have enough powered ebike without DMV registered.

So your braking test was just to lock up the back wheel?
Seriously you need to do better. Back wheel is not effective for hard braking you need to use the front brake.
You test didnt show anything useful. 👎

Yeah I thought that was weird. why would they purposely make it seem like their product can't come to a stop quickly? When doing a braking test you're supposed to stop as smoothly and quickly as possible without locking up any tires.
