How in the world does the Frankfurt keeper not stop that own goal, he had ages to get himself into position and just sort of meandered around and then half heartedly flailed at the ball. How are you not able to catch that? Do you have stones for hands? That's honestly unacceptable for this level
I just saw a comment where someone said that it would have counted as a backpass if he'd saved it with his hands. He must have had a complete brainfart in the moment and neither gone for it with his hands or his head.
Alright here is the reasoning for the first goal for Mainz: After the incident where Kaua Santos ( gk ) passed a terrible ball in the middle to Skhiri ( the player that lost the ball ), Skhiri tried to play the ball back to the keeper but he lifted the ball awkwardly. Kaua at this Moment was very confused on what to do since if he uses his hands to block the ball it would have been an indirect free kick ( Skhiri passed the ball back intentionally to him ). Although this was a confusing save to manage, Kaua Santos still made the mistake of passing the ball into the middle.
How do you not show the buildup to the third goal? It was almost as comedic as the first! Speaking of the first goal, what the hell was the goalie doing with his arm when he was trying to save it? Weirdest arm movement I've ever seen from a goalkeeper, almost like he was trying to elbow the ball instead of catch or punch it...
