How Komatsu makes the largest, most powerful hydraulic excavators in the world
Komatsu is a Japanese multinational corporation that manufactures construction, mining, forestry equipment, as well as diesel engines. The corporation was named after the city of Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture.
Komatsu has manufacturing operations for production ecavators in Japan, Asia, Americas and Europe.
Komatsu Japan ltd. manufactures excavators at plants in Osaka, Rokko Plant and Kanazawa Plant (there are production a super-large hydraulic mining excavators).
The Osaka Plant is known as the ‘mother factory’ for Komatsu construction machinery. In this biggest plant primarily produces medium- to large-size hydraulic excavators.
The Osaka Plant has two assembly shops, in which the assembly line for medium-size hydraulic excavators.
The Rokko Plant in Kobe City is assembles super-large hydraulic excavators by taking advantage of its proximity to Kobe Port to keep transport costs low.
In addition to the production of construction equipment, the Osaka Plant produces such key components as final drive units and generator motors for hybrid excavators and supplies them to main body assembly sites overseas.

Старые модели komatsy очень выносливые. Особенно погрузчик wa 200 , wa 420. Работают более 20 лет в тяжёлых условиях без капремонта, складывается впечатление что они не убиваемые.

Who mixed the audio for this? 4:44, v/o moves to left channel only, and at reduced volume. 8:06, v/o audio dips significantly. Otherwise, an interesting look at Komatsu.

Lo que pasa que en algunas hay maquinas muy especiales
En el futuro si en japon se necesita algo muy especial pero eso solo lo ace una maquina que esta fuera de Jason..se estudia si es mas facil ir a esa fabrica y ponerla en marcha o crear esa fabrica en Japón
Colocarlas en marcha necesitas un equipo que aprenda todo el sistema de algo que supuestamente solo esta abandonado ...
Pero aveces ni a sin merece la pena
Un equipo en una fabrica mirandola en una semana o menos ya deducen como funciona
Depende que sea ...
Quedan tantas fabricas abandonas imposible visitarlas todas ..
Fundiciones , cementeras , refinerias ,, .fabricas de coches ji ji
Fabricas de coches un centenar seguro ...de largo ..
La refinerias de aranco ...el saudi .....esas quedaran de recuerdo de esa familias..
Esto era de los saudis... Dolares como lluvia ..
