I think she could enter the building because the staff already got the permission to shoot the program there. But of course as we all know, all jyp former artists are always welcomed to the building :))

I know that Park Jinyoung himself cares A LOT towards all of his artist, when JiA left they still met with her outside and took a pic with her and kept in contact after that, with Sunmi also, he was even worry about her debut/comeback after she quit JYP and said that he was so relieved when her song top no.1. There was a clip also where he dine with Yerin and she tell him sid worry and give many advise to her, he also really nurture her song writing skill letting her sing and write whatever she wants. Also Jimin herself here said that she's not awkward with him even after she quit JYP. Sadly he cannot run a company himself, and many decisions are made with other influential people such as other board members, executive and sponsors. So even if he wants to give equal treatment to all of his artist, if the other say no he cannot really argue. Because the money to make the music, album and MV's are from them. At one point Park Jinyoung himself have to use his own money for his artist and he cannot do that all the time because comebacks are cost about $1M on average, he'll go broke if he just do whatever he wants. That's why sadly sometimes there are favoritism, because if they sells they're gonna be given more attention. Sometimes running and being in a big company sucks because of that.
