Honda Part 17330-SHJ-A01 jim white unboxing the golden Egg?

this video was made while unpacking the hard to find Vent Filter for an 06 Honda Odyssey. I was told it was new. The part came scratched and had dirt on it. it looked like someone cleaned the part and put it back into the bag and resealed the bag. The parts manager then started to play games of NOT being avaliable.
