It looks like a college practice room piano. They are typically old and out of tune from heavy use.

@@merveix They definitely do. The ones at my college are great at the beginning of the semester and slowly get worse as the year goes on. I'm not sure about the private music colleges but mine definitely does not have the funds to fix them more than once a semester.
