Yes u are right .we should not do any work against our personality although all bank managers RM vice president have gone though this pressure initially .initially sale ka 2-3 saal hota hai aisa but growth is only though sales in banking. Abhi usko bolo jab tak kar sakata hai kare tension Nahi le khud resigne naa De. Let them say to resigne .vo pressure banatte hain lena nahi hai. Aur side me job dekta rehe .operation Ki.
