- Hello everyone! I am super excited to share with you my new silkstone doll, Kitty Corner Francie from 2012! Please check out how I unbox and compare her to a vintage Francie doll. Enjoy the video! :)
They r both stunning, i think when they do “reproductions” they actually always do a modern adaptation but they look beautiful too

Sweet review!💕I prefer vintage Francie-I had one when I was little (I still have her and take care of her) but I just think her face is so sweet and pretty. Very interesting to see this unboxing, I enjoyed it!😃💖

I think "Not for use with other dolls" is in regard to all removable accessories, clothes, doll stand etc
Btw, those legs on the vintage Francie look mouldy. Might I suggest sanitising her if you haven't already?

@@lilladobos88 Here's what I do with mouldy dolls: 1 gallon (3,7 liters) water + 1/2 cup (1,25 dl) white wine vinegar or colour safe bleach (do this outdoors if using bleach). Soak for a few hours. Rinse. Scrub with 1 part dish soap + 2 parts bicarbonate. At this point, use hand sanitiser if problem persists. Sometimes I repeat the entire process once or twice. Then, add a hefty amount of benzoyl peroxide to any leftover stains. Cover with plastic and let sit in the sun for a few hours or over the weekend. Wipe off and the problem should be solved. Also wash the doll's hair twice with dish soap and once with conditioner. Boil wash to remove excess conditioner.
Old Frànci way more expressive eyes, more realistic waste area. New Franci, well done makeup but dead eyes
