Process of checking is wrong.
Method 1:- First do id zero zero then as per drawing move upwards or downward ( half of the OD circle) then touch ur dial outer side and move the job . Don't do zero while touching the dial at the time of OD.

That is not how to measure concentricity ...

Concentricity is the measuring of the median of 2 directly opposing points along the feature related back to the datum feature, all points taken must pass simultaneously. Best method is CMM to measure or using 2 directly opposing indicators, the more tedious method and some graph paper.
