Akira has the highest register with a very bright tone. JL does counter tenor well. He has a lower register than Aki, but he has one of the most consistently clean falsettos I’ve heard lately, especially when live.

You missed their most popular song, Tumitigil Ang Mundo. If you like Sabay, they have another groovy funky song While We Are Young. I think you’ll also like Panahon, another ballad. But one of my favorites is Kulay for Miss Universe Phils. They also have a collab with KZ Tandingan, with Feel Good Pilipinas. Fave song for driving is Be Us.

My bias in Bini is Sheena. I love dancers. But I get wrecked by Jhoanna and Mikha. But after several encounters with Maloi, she’s now becoming a bias as well. But with BGYO, I’m OT5. It’s hard to choose because these kids are adorable in their own ways.

Mikki composed Sabay while Kundiman, Flyaway & Mahal na Kita (OST of a series titled Bola Bola where he also the actor paired with Francine) is composed by Akira.
Funfact they have many songs that are OST of series & teleserye: He's into her (OST of same title of series of Donbelle Season 1) Best Time (OST of Hes into Her Netflix Series Season 2) & Patuloy Lang ang Lipad (Darna teleserye). Tumitigil ang Mundo included in OST of a movie

Mikki was the last one to join the group. He played basketball for his high school. But he started dabbling in rap, he also created beats on the side.
Nate has been dancing professionally and competitively since he was young. He was a junior member of Chicago dance crews The Future Kingz and Xtreme Dance Force. He also danced back up for Justin Bieber.

The Light has 2 rock versions. They performed one of the harder versions in Pinoy Big Brother. But the iconic one is the Love Kita Pinas version. I prefer The Light rock version over the original dubstep genre.
Gelo the leader is a former member of A-Team dance crew. He also competed in dance sport (ballroom) back in high school.
Akira started out as a child actor in commercials, indie movies, and ABS-CBN drama series All of Me.
JL is a veteran of singing contests. He took part in The Clash singing contest on GMA7 but did not make the finals

When it comes to BGYO, I prefer watching their dance practice and performance videos. They’re top notch dancers but most of their MVs fail to highlight the best parts of the choreo.

Bgyo Nate Porcella the bunso is Fil-am born in Chicago Illinois. He was one of Justin Bieber’s back up dancers also & top main dancer. Can do mad flips!
Nate po ay hindi Fil-am pure pinoy sya doon lang ata sya pinanganak at pinalaki ng parents nya sa Chicago,yung parenrs nya ay both Filipino.

- Subscribed! Excited for the start of your BGYO Journey! Can't wait for Part 2! I hope you include Tumigitigil ang Mundo MV on part 2 (personality one of my favorite releases from them) also Runnin and While We are Young.
- BGYO actually has no official positions since they all want to be all rounders but in terms of specialty JL and Aki are the vocalists, Nate and Gelo are the dancers and Mikki is the rapper but they can do all three!
- Aki is my bias and JL is my bias wrecker hehe It's funny because Aki is actually the one people compare to D.O. the most visually and JL is often compared to V but I can definitely see how JL's singing is more JL since JL has a more deeper fuller tone and relies on a lot of runs and falsettos while Aki is in charge of high parts and belting in the group.
- You should see them perform the acoustic versions of their songs! Their harmonies are AMAZING. Gelo has a really deep voice that works well as the bass in the harmonies.
- Best Time is really such a good song. Makes you feel nostalgic!
- My personal fave BGYO tracks are Tumitigil and Mundo, Patintero, Kundiman and Panahon.
- Excited for you to watch the docu and more BGYO content (also Bini!)
- I hope you don't let the fanwars faze you (It's intense) and just enjoy their journey and music!

@@bigbombjosh the rumors have been confirmed with full proof evidence. the members have been involved with cheating scandals, toxicity, and bullying issues. one of the trainees who was originally going to debut with them, RJ Perkins has come forward with evidence of the members heavily bullying him especially when he's the youngest of the group, he got mental health problems and had expressed disappointment towards the company for completely brushing off the issues. The most recent one is from an interview they did to promote their recent comeback, they were asked about the bullying allegations, but instead of saying sorry, Akira doubled down by saying (in english) "we're boys, those things are normal to us" followed up by "those are just "brotherly love", even though full proof evidences regarding RJ's journey while training has proved that they were indeed very toxic. Their fans also kept bullying SB19 Pablo's looks and there were moments where BGYO would randomly throw shade towards SB19.
JL just dropped “Uuwian” as part of the OST for What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim PH Adaptation. A reprised version with all 5 members is also available. JL and Akira also has “Be Mine” also an OST for a series. 🤍
