- PoE 3.13 Olesyas Delight Cloth Belt, Ailment Stacker, Olesyas Delight from Maven with frenzy charges. Olesyas Delight Build theory.
Testing this belt after Arns Anguish and next comes Gravens Secret.
60% Overshock Shock with zdps.
Reaching over 1000% shock effect and 1000% cold effect.
More of a theory craft than a build guide.
Trying to find a use for the frenzy charges maven belt.
Trying to apply maximum shock/freeze/brittle/sap/scorch effect with (zdps) zero dps
Testing with different ailments, mainly with shock, chill, freeze, ignite, brittle, sap, scorch, bleeding and poison.
Damaging ailments and mainly non-damaging ailments.

im currently trying to find out how i can findout my shock effectiveness.
pob seems to set my effectiveness to 24%, which i dont get why that is.
i have +60% shock effect and 31% chance to shock.
i thought my true shock effectiveness is my effectiveness based on enemies ailment threshold, which for sirus would be around 8% for me, then multiplier with 1,6 cause of 60% effectiveness
do you know more about that?
Edit: Not sure sorry. changed my POB to sirus too, but he only gains resistance, so the 1dps shockbot shouldn't be affected by boss res.
I would trust in POB math. There is a listing you can check if the 60% get counted properly and are actually for shocks.
I was actually thinking of something similar to this with trickster. Please let me know what you think.
Use voltactic, with LA for clear and GA for single target. Use a Farruls fur for the frenzy generation, as well as the ascendancy node. With full conversion to lightning
If you have a Farruls Fur i assume your build is pretty strong already & with the Voltaxic 300% more multiplier for shocks. I believe your shocks should already be reasonably high without the need for Shock Effect.
Everything with +1 Maximum Frenzy Charges should be good, only raider (Avatar of Slaughter gets lost because it likely doesn't transfer the bonuses for affliction charges.)
Do you poison? If not maybe check with pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Volkuur%27s_Guidance_(Lightning)
If you apply Shock & Poison then the Belt could be worth using.
@@franklyspeaking_games no poison. But would be a great double dip if I could. I have both normal and replica fur, and I have been experimenting with the new belts. Can seem to narrow down a build for this belt
Could respec to Assassin for +1 Power Charge & 40% chance to Poison and then add Badge of the Brotherhood with the Belt and spec into some of the Crit notes like Dire Torment & Perfect Agony.
But I feel like the Belt works best for supports or with dmg builds with lots of conversion like Phys Spell => Lightning => Cold => Fire => Chaos
Like Penance Brand / BV
+ Phys to lightning Gem
+ Wrath Watchers Eye or Phys to Lightning Gloves
+ 2 Call of the Brotherhood
+ Cold to Fire Gem
+ 2 Dark Fiends
(+ Eternity Shroud)
Would apply Shock with 2% of the dmg. Freeze/chill with 50% Cold. Ignite with 20% Fire & Poison with 30% Chaos
And then likely a Yoke for like 20% more dmg or Badge of the Brotherhood. depending on whats stronger the Crit from Powercharges or 20% more dmg.
For Replica Farruls I would use Arn's Anguish Belt, Endurance & Frenzy stacking big More multipliers.
Have you considered using shock and ignite together?
Yep, but if i remember correctly, the faster ignite belt was way superior if i wanted to actually deal dmg with ignites.
