Traci Chapman wrote one of the best opera songs. The melody of this song really takes Pavarotti's voice on such a captivating journey. Her vocals are also amazing.

@765ketyjo I've enjoyed reading your post. You have a very vivid way of expressing the effects of Tracy Chapman and Pavarotti's brilliant collaboration!
Wow. First time seeing this duet. Stunningly beautiful. At a loss for words it's so good. Tracy has such a purity and authenticity in her voice, and to see her is to love her. Pavarotti is one of a kind, the power and emotion, unsurpassed. Thank you.
Pavarotti is the standard. A vocal instrument of endless dynamics, range and power. Yet, the man that holds such a treasure, will stand next to all in the name of music and his love for it. History will always remember him as the vocal master of his time, but just as important, was his desire to share his gift and redefine "modesty". RIP and BRAVO Pavarotti. And what can you say about Tracy Chapman? How about "Stunning"...
Tracy Chapman is one of the most impactful artist in my lifetime, in 1988, I left NYC and headed out to LA for a new beginning, it was a new struggle in my life but I remember walking by a record store in downtown LA with my cousin and purchased her CD. my Cousin and I got in the car that afternoon and drove on the 101 North to San Francisco and on the entire 300+ miles trip we only listened to Tracy Chapman and we were hooked ever since. Tracy’s music left an indelible impact in my life in the Summer of 1988. Even til this day, I remain a huge admirer of her music, she has been one of my favorite artist for the past 35 years.❤🎉
