- I shared a video a few weeks ago where I made faux postcards from blank envelopes. Then I thought, "What if someone doesn't have rubber stamps with postal images to play with? How will they make a postcard?" Never fear, I've come up with another way to make these envelopes that doesn't require specific stamps to achieve the look. This is Postcard Envelopes 2.0 - just for you!

Today is day 12 of radiation. Almost half way!!!! It’s also catch up day on my Bible reading/journaling. Then, I’m planning to “play” in my craft room with some new chalk couture stencils I bought (75% off) as a Christmas present to myself!! I’ve gotta get more stamps!! I’m loving your inspirations!! ❤❤

Some great ideas! I went to a stamp, paper, and postcard show at one our local fairgrounds, and picked up some free stamp catalogs that I could cut images out of.
That's so cool! Those stamp books are really handy for that. I bet you had so much fun looking at all of the old ephemera and postage stamps. 💖
These are so pretty today! I love the composition on each envelope and all of the stamping. The ephemera you used is so pretty too. I hope your daughter will feel better. In all of my years of teaching my immune system never really built up. There were so many strains of stuff over the years it was scary! My mother was the same way. She taught for 30 years and it seems she was always working sick when I was growing up.
While I was teaching, I always picked stuff up from the kids. Now that I’m retired, I’m so healthy!
It's crazy how the germs spread and the illnesses we contract from the kids seem harder to shake. I volunteered in my kids' classrooms, did some testing and then worked in the office for 9 years. I got coughed and sneezed on a lot. 😆💖

If they are my napkin postage stamps, they were glued to coffee filter then die cut out and I use a glue stick. These turned out so nice, love all your layering and use of the decorate stamp. Thanks for the inspiration and for the the shout out. Hope you have a lovely day, take care. 🤗Hugs

@@CreatorsCall I have been using that technique for years and never had a problem. The coffee filter is very durable an can hold up to applying glue stick. I now have paper on roll that is similar to coffee filters and I have shared it in recent video "Making Fabric Paper" have fun.💗
