I just found your channel, love it already. I really enjoy seeing the photos and listening to you talk about a finished garment. I have found myself wanting to rewind after each item to see what you describe in the photo. If the photo could stay up through the duration of you talking about it, that would be lovely. I really enjoy your speaking style and your video gave me a big shot of encouragement to push through the sewing slump I’m in.
Love seeing what you've made. My best make was a Norwegion wool Scandinavian style polo neck sweater by Linka Neumann for my partner. Now this year my plans are all for me!! Love your Billy dress and i think that will be my first sewing make. Looking forward to hearing your plans for 2024.

Hot tip - As a woman with a larger bust and changing waist line, I have found that choosing a size based on my upper bust, rather than full bust , has fixed a lot of my shoulder fitting issues. I then do a full bust adjustment to the bodie to accomodate my full bust measurement.

What a great lot of makes! So many lovely things. I enjoyed having a look at them all. My favourite make for 2023 is a boucle Midge Pullover by Tasha Could Make That. Have worn it at least 3 times a week since I finished it!!

It is so cosy. I definitely recommend. There are some amazing hand dyed ones but Drops also have a good one.
