SHOVEL KNIGHT FOR SMASH 5 PLS NINTENDO
Make it happen Nintendo! And while you're at it throw plague knight in there too
+Smoking Samoria maybey the different shovel knight skins in smash would be a different boss like plauge knight and spectre knight just like trainer red in smash 3
NGTV They need to add Shovel Knight, Wolf, Ice Climbers, Toon Zelda, and Splatoon Fighter to the Deluxe version. And obviously have all the DLC characters and stages. They should also give Toon Zelda Zelda's old moveset, and change Link's and Zelda's to match Breath of the Wild. Then give all the clones more unique movesets, add 3 custom final smashes per character, have all the stages from the 3DS and WiiU versions. And have two options for the structure of classic mode. And obviously have both Smash Run and Smash Tour. Ooh, and maybe they could add a story mode like Brawl's, but with better level design and stage elements. Ok, maybe that would be a bit much. But either way, we need a Smash Deluxe.

zVitor Player I love Nintendo I really do but the only reason they are successful is because of its IP'S, if it didn't have amazing IP'S they would have been bankrupt a long time ago, so PC is obviously the best.
All of these indie games are better on Switch for me because you can bring them anywhere you want.

Specter Knight was always my favorite. I'm so excited for this.
Before playing Shovel Knight I never understood why everyone was so desperate for him in Sm4sh. But after playing through Shovel Knight on the 3DS I have fallen in love with this game. There are so many cool things about him that could end up in Smash. Hope we see him in the next iteration.
who else got this game originnally just for the specter night campaign but then played the other two and fell in love with it?
Just finished the game and I have to say it's now my favorite platformer of all time.

Differences in here from final version:
-Will was originally red, but in the final game, it is green, as well as the wisps that represent it
-Different tower interior layout
-Green hues in mirror
-Differently colored clouds in Plains stage
-Some dash slash lanterns were originally red
-One missing gravestone enemy in one part of Lich Yard
-One part of Pridemoor Keep is half-walled
-Unused Lost City area
-Unscaleable walls in Flying Machine are vines
-Some unused armor for Specter Knight, such as the blue one at 1:02
-Different Ghostly Garb animations
-Different Curio collect animations
-Will Skull originally gray
-Dread Talon originally named Death Claw
-Missing unscaleable wall in Alchemeister battle

I like how Yacht Club Games is making new campaigns for the bosses, which in this case they made a campaign for the first or second boss you face in the original(Depending on whether or not you decide to fight King Knight first)

I was worried last year when Yacht Club said it went overboard on Plague of Shadows and wanted to get both Specter Knight's and King Knight's campaigns done by the end of that year. I'm glad it has since decided that it would keep going whole-hog. This stuff is amazing, and I can't get enough! (Oh, and I love Black Knight's mount. It has as much personality as he does.)

I love the graphical power that the switch is able to push.
The fact that Yacht Club are making the Specter Knight (best member of the Order btw) add on a separate game is genius. The levels have the same settings as the normal game but their made in completely different ways and they're making the story cannon to Shovel Knight but seen in a completely different perspective and more original way to Plague of Shadows.
Take my money. Now.
By the way, there's gonna be a King Knight campaign also releasing in 2017. :)
I would have preferred someone else, but I think Polar Knight would be harder to program into the game.

Honestly, I can't wait for King Knight's campaign, just because of the story. I really wanna see how they can make King Knight have a compelling story and good character, haha.
He seems to play a bit like Copen does in Gunvolt with that dash attack.
The trailer is quite different from the final game. Also, cheat code to play with Donovan's armor 100% of the time discovered.

WAAAAT?! We get to play with him when he was alive??!! How SICK IS THAT?!
Technically he never died. At the tower of Fate after defeating shield knight, the ground crumbles below you and Spector knight falls. He NEAR death, but doesn't die. After the fall, the Enchantress give restores his power with darkness and assigns him to go hire the rest of the order of no quarter.
I'm watching this in 2018. It looks so different.
The definitive platform for all games released on it because you can take it anywhere with console resolution. That's pretty exciting.

As it turns out Playstation and Xbox are turning into streaming/subscribtion services I will support Nintendo this gen. I hope devs will realize this soon enough. Can't wait to play Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment on the Switch.

I know it will be awhile, but I'm hoping to play as Propeller Knight next.
I'm hoping for black knight's campaign. I'm shovel Knight he's just, THERE. and in Spector of torment he knows Spector knight's name is Donavan and recognized his fighting style. And we get no back story on this. Yacht Club just left him as a mystery but I feel like Black Knight deserves the next campaign the most, even tho it was confirmed that king knight is next.
