I sold my first house in house flipper. It took me almost 6hrs... it was 2 bedroom. 1 bath. My best friend was laughing at me cause i was talking shit about the buyers and their opinions cause they freak out if you delete a bed. Or just do the simplest things lmaoo. Im waiting for her to come over so we can design a house together while we drink wine

Oh god I live in upstate New York for 3 years which is close to Canada, I never want to see snow again it snows for 7 months out the year there! We just moved to the Nashville area
