Try this, it worked for my 2 month old,121v2, bought for back up use.
The left ear bud stopped charging, so I checked the 2pin charging port in each ear bud & cleaned the left bud gently using my mobile sim eject pin tool. It is charging now 👍
2 pin hole charging port is located right above the L & R sign on each bud. (not the pod).
You may also gently clean the pod, later, if needed.

Clean your earbuds charging point with pin/niddle very gently and then put back into case... I have same problem with my left earbud but after cleaning them with sharp niddle gently .. it's now working and charging ..

The LED is displays the battery as if my case is charging when I put in my left earbud.
The left earbud does not turn on and neither is it charging. whenever I put it in the case it just displays power but doesnt charge it. right one is working fine

1st problem to starting se hee ho rahi h - buds connect h phone se ager koi video ya music chalaya maine to bich mee 5,7 second kee liye sound band ho jati h fir mujhe phone restart karna padta h tbhi thik hoti h har baar
2nd problem abhi 6,7 din se hee face ho rahi h ki iska sound bhut low ho gya h ager 100% bhi volume karlu to 60% he volume lagbag sunai deti h or 30% per to avaj sunai hee nahi deti.
Ager apke pass koi solution h to please batana or reply please ❤️🙏🏻

Both the airdopes doesn't work at the same time. Like when both get connected, only right side works. When I connect only the left side then it works fine. Where is the problem??

Case charging issue?
If airdopes not working even after trying this trick. File a complaint in boat website if device is under warranty period. They picked product from my house on immediate next day and provided replacement within 7 days.
