2024 Gunung Nuang Ultra 20km Summit｜努望山越野超马20公里登顶｜Via Pangsun

努望山越野超跑过往都是以耐力为主，今年就增加难度分成50公里，20公里和10公里的组别；而我参加20公里攻顶越野跑。
努望山是雪兰莪第二高山，高度为1,493米，普通登顶时间需要约5-6小时，来回全程大约耗时10-12小时，是一个相当耗体力的高山。
这次是我第三次尝试登顶，而活动给参与者的门限时限为10小时，所以我必需全力以赴，在限时内完赛。

Gunung Nuang Ultra used to be an endurance challenge, but this year it’s increase the difficulty into 50km, 20km and 10km category; I participated in the 20km summit category.
Gunung Nuang is the second highest mountain in Selangor, with a height of 1,493 meters. It usually takes about 5-6 hours to hike up to the summit, and the round trip takes about 10-12 hours. It is a very tough hiking mountain trail.
This is my third attempt to reach the summit, and the organizer gives a cut off time in 10 hours, so I must go all out and complete this event within the time limit.
