Man this was a great battle I wish we get more high schools battle like this both of these bands were great I was entertain from 1st song to last this battle went from JSU to BCU cranking and dancing lol I attend a HBCU and for me to enjoy a high school battle like this it’s crazy good job all ima say is central ballads was undefeated and unmatched them damn tubas is something else over there but Whitehaven y’all was good also y’all B-Tone and Mellos was kinda smacking
Man you should do a commentary on your platform from your our event and ours. I know you don’t usually discuss high schools, but it could be a nice way to showcase the city.
It was a close one but I gotta give this to Central.. Whitehaven needs to work on tone control, blend, and definitely the tempo issues within the percussion section. Great battle to both schools. C House with the W
31 minutes into the video and I have central winning. Whitehaven b tones and woodwinds have to get it together! It’s as if whitehaven b tones are trying to over blow and it doesn’t sound right at all.
I’m not even from their. But in my opinion They Both have great sound, But white haven has a more mature sound musically wise and the other band I got lost on what selection they were playing because they seem to loose their balance in and out. Both high schools are amazing but still need work .
They tuba number unsually small compared to what Im used to It's kinda unsatisfying because they arrangements are built off the tubas power but overall they sound good Im pretty positive they tuba line with get bigger and better real soon
