    Is NA always horizontal? How can we know by looking at the figure on the right?

      No It can also be vertical. Depending on the moment generated due to the applied external loads.

    Why are you calculating a bending moment at cross section B only? Shouldnt the biggest bending moment be somewhere in the middle of B and C? Shouldnt we supposed to calculate in a portion between B and C?
