- In this weeks video we take a look at an in hand WWE World Heavyweight Championship Replica Belt.
This belt has been sent in for a new leather strap so I took the opportunity to strip down the belt to show what lies beneath the plates, the plates them selves and the belt tip.

I would maybe space the side plates a bit more from the centre
Kinda like the current IC
It may have flexibility issues I'd plates are too close
So impressive strap design but a bit unnecessary because the plates cover the most part of the floral part but on the long side of the strap is so cool to have that floral pattern
When I finally get mine I plan on using the real belt snapboxes but then either a Midwest or Jmar tooling around the edge of the leather with stitching too.
I’ll have the accurate plates for behind the plates soon as I’m sure 90% will want there belts ring accurate

I think if they were to swap the big logo on the globe for an eagle this would have been a hit and sold more than twice what they have sold. All other logos are fine.

What kind of leather is used for wrestling belts? Heavyweight Veg-Tan leather?
I wonder if using Gloss Black Testor's paint could fix the front plate black areas? My belt should be coming in today and if I don't like that faded black paint on the front plate I may try to paint it.
The center plate and the side plates are too close, and that is why the center plate can’t be fully screwed into the strap so that the belt can actually wrap around the waist. Not a fan of that, but still a really nice belt.
The main plate could definitely have more of a curve 100% agree. The real one is pretty much the same
I am not a fan of the WWE belts where the Logo is the main focus. With that in mind, this is a good-looking belt. And the replica is impressive for sure. I have thought about getting a WWF intercontinental belt, but most look thin or do not have the WWF logo.
The ww logo classic ic is a nice replica, I’d have one for sure if the logo was correct
@@dripbelts I have seen some on ebay and such sites that look good in the pics, 4mm brass plates, I might order one because I have seen dual platted ones as well. However, it is hard to pull the trigger knowing that you may get a bad belt. If the plates are good that is all I really care about. Getting the strap replaced would be easy.

@@dripbelts I know, I think the IC is my favorite with the winged eagle and 1990 tag close behind. There are a few titles I liked like the wwe title angle wore. Big gold of course. I didn't like the big eagle for the fact it was the first that looked like a toy. However, I am a fan of wrestling and not a fanatic.
3:28 wha is that a dent or chunk out of the bottom plate under the lion... looks it it was dropped or hit against something
