    Guys!!!! I just made this cake and I’m not experienced really but omg this cake taste perfect. It took some time to make it, however I didn’t rush it and it came out perfectly! It’s amazing. My boyfriend said it’s the best cake he ever tried!! Can’t wait to make more

    When you say add 120g of butter in three batches, do you mean three batches of 120g or 120g of butter divided into three parts?

    I got a soft ganache cream, so everything went down as I tried to put the cake layers together. I followed the entire recipe without any alteration and it's very disappointing when you see everything falling apart after you put so much effort. Also you didn't mention the exact quantities for powdered sugar and almond powder. Do we weigh them before or after sifting them? Because when you sift them there's a lot that stays behind. A similar issue was in your Raspberry Cheesecake recipe: for raspberry coulis a double amount of rasis needed. So I had to make the raspberry coulis TWICE because of wrong quantities in your description. You have beautiful videos, but I will never try your recipes again. They are not accurate.
