The rebels ( free Syrian army ) started to fight and take over some places and cities without hurting anyone , but that Bashar literally destroyed every single city that was controlled by rebels because his army was strong and he was supported by hizb Allah . They killed women ... children.. men ... innocent people just because they showed their opinions!
He even used chemical deadly weapons to kill them..... He is a monster. Every single person who talked about him badly was taken to the prisons or was killed in horrible ways!!!!! For 8 years war was tough. Till 2018 war stopped but economy in the country was so bad , Also Bashar took really really huge taxes from merchants , almost 300% of their makings ! So people couldn't make much money! He took all the money for his self while his people are suffering from hunger and a lot of them ran away to different countries because they had to , not because they wanted to ...... but in the last few years Bashar's army became weak and their weapons are old ... and they didn't have enough incomes... Finally few weeks ago the rebels started to Take over the huge cities like Aleppo ( Halab) and Bashar's army just ran away like scared cats , so the free Syrian army was finally strong enough , they took over the huge cities without harming innocent people. Finally the free Syrian army arrived to the capital ( DAMASCUS) ( which is the city I live in ) in 8th of December at 4 am ( few days ago) And Bashar's army gave up so easily and Bashar's controlling has ended. He escaped to Russia one day before this . He knows he would be literally dead . Now people are happy because injsutice has ended. And there will be a new government the people will choose . My childhood memories were full of b o m b i n g sounds but now there is the sound of freedom and justice. 💚 Always have faith 💚 Also I would like google to change Syria's falg to the new one .

It is not accurate that you attributed the green color to all the rebels. These rebels themselves are from various groups including al-Qaeda, the Free Army, and al-Nusra (which later changed its name several times and eventually became HTS), and these rebels themselves fought each other. For example, al-Nusra fought the Free Army and did not even accept this new flag
The SNA and SDF are still fighting in the Northern region due to the Turkish government wanting the kurds to expelled away as they had been giving airstrikes in the Kurdish held area and Isreal airstrikings many areas mainly in the Western part of Syria and invaded out of Golan Heights to get to the buffer zone and make realtions with a new government.
