World's Best True Crime Artifacts at Alcatraz East in Pigeon Forge. Today, we will see exhibits at the World famous Alcatraz East Crime Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. They have one of the best collections I've ever seen and I highly encourage a visit. Some of the artifacts they have include the OJ Simpson Ford Bronco, Ted Bundy's VW Beetle, glasses that belonged to Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manson's guitar, and the clown outfits worn by John Wayne Gacy among many other fascinating items.

There's a hotel/ hostel in Toronto (I think) that is a converted jail. So your"room" is literally a format jail cell. Each room has a bio of a famous inmate who stayed there. I have to say that I slept very well there because it was very dark, no outside windows and not much noise. But I was a little bit afraid that the door would not open in the morning.😂

This was really interesting to see. I live in Western Tennessee and have never been to the museum. I really need to get off my fanny and go. My problem is I can drive two hours and be at Graceland. I love Graceland but haven't been since Benjamin and Lisa Marie have been laid to rest, and that must come first! Not to mention the drive to Pigeon Forge is about 6 hours for us! However, it should be on my list to do! Thanks for the glimpse of the museum and peaking my curiosity!

Awesome video! I’ve seen Al Capone cell at Eastern State Penitentiary (I live close by there), and absolutely he had it made in there! A fun fact about ESP though, every single prisoner was brought into ESP intake with a potato sack covering their heads, literally up until they were placed in their cells. They said they covered all of their heads to prevent them from seeing the Lay-out of the prison, to try and prevent escape. Once they got placed into their cells, they rarely left them, unless released or sent to execution…and most weren’t ever released. Up until the early 70’s they didnt even allow them out in a communal yard, they had their own individual “yard”, directly in back of each cell, which was basically just an encaged closet. I highly recommend a visit to ESP if you’ve never been. It’s Americas first penitentiary, as well as it’s a very uniquely built structure with a very sad history. They also run a famous haunted house that’s pretty fun and very popular, as well as ghost tours if you’re into that.
