Holy Cow😲 Everyone is or had been there at this house over the weekend. It's funny that everyone I'm following goes to the same location but everyone has a different and amazing view of the same place. Goes to show how each individual outlook on the same place is very unique. Love it 🙏💖🐾

We had a small kitchen fire and you would not believe everything we lost from the smoke damage!! It was a grease fire but our cabinets didn’t even catch fire. The black smoke pouring out of that house was crazy!!

I don't know why cause you are so uplifting and happy whenever you explore but this place gave me so much sadness, it's sad that people couldn't get back in their house to get their stuff and photos back... everything is just left in place, forgotten.
Having been through a house fire similar, you can have stuff that looks perfectly fine, but the smoke smell permeates everything and it's very difficult to remove. If these people had enough money for that house, and maybe they had insurance on it, it would make more sense to ditch all that smoke damaged stuff and just start again with new stuff.

If you find a gun keep your finger away from the trigger and check to see if it is loaded or not... If you do not know how to do this leave the gun where it is. Firearms are dangerous, old uncared for firearms can be dangerous to the person holding it if it discharges or anyone who happens to be in front of the gun

I may be a bit weird for saying this, but I have this overwhelming urge to want to clean that house out. Just throw out the junk, not fully restore it since it's fire damaged, but cleaned out enough to where it's more walkable and presentable even though it's abandoned.

the gun that josh picked up must be a 22LR (probably) German Mauser. I mainly think this because of the rear sights, the buttstock sling grove and the bolt release are styled after The Mauser 98 the most famous on that you see in movies, video games, etc. that thing in that condition could be worth a lot of money if someone were to take it.

Hey Josh, it is so sad the damage that a fire can do to a place. It always strikes me as odd when nobody returns to a location to retrieve any of their belongings. I get the smoke smell that permeates through the furniture and other things. When I was a kid we had a small kitchen fire. My parents had to take our paintings to an art restorer to get the smoke out and call in a professional cleaning company for our furniture. So it's just tacky that the owners or the bank to just leave everything sitting there. Brah, please be careful with ALL firearms! This is not a video game and they are not toys! Always point every gun down to the ground, regardless if it looks operable, loaded or not. 🤦♀️ Now, a couple of terms for you: 1. Skylight - The light in the ceiling 2. Bed Linens - Materials in the linen closet 3. Carriage - What the dolls were in at the foot of the stairs and in the room where that chick was in the dress taking selfies. Now this is something that I didn't know, I had to look it up. According to real estate experts, a house is only called a mansion from 8,000' and up. So this is only a large house. And I thought it was very generous and cool of you to put everyone's link in the video description, that was there at the house. Ok, stay safe and be wise. 😇
I can tell u from experiencing 2 house fires myself, that a lot of times people don’t go back into the home due to the emotional damage it causes. It’s absolutely devastating. Everything u had worked for has been wiped away from u within minutes 🥺
As crazy as you felt like the video was, I actually really enjoyed seeing you go back to handheld filming just for one episode. It's been a long time since the days of the handheld camera and it was a fun bit of nostalgia for this super neat explore! ❤

The rifle you found looks like a Stephens 22. cal. LR by looking at the size of the barrel and the ejection port, though the bolt is missing and as always before handling any weapon also insure the weapon is not loaded and if you don't know how to insure it isn't loaded then don't touch the weapon keep in mind gun safety. So many accidents happen when individuals are unaware of gun safety and when individuals think the weapon is not loaded always double check, give you credit for not pointing the weapon at anyone, be safe and keep up the great video's.

I used to explore long before the internet or TH-cam. So, I love channels like this. I get to explore without having to get out any more.

It's a shame. That place can be repaired. All the stuff left behind is really expensive. The creepy dolls alone can fetch big bucks.

i thought it was a gewehr 98 by the stock and reciever, but yeah 100% agree. also swept the barrel across seth lmao
