    This is my first time commenting so hii
    I LOVE your channel,, before I found it, I was really unhappy with my body(I still am sorta lol) and took a shitty approach to fitness- to do it simply for the weightloss. But GOD I found your channel and that pov was completely shattered. Now I excercise almost every single day and I do it not because I want those abs (I mean I do want them but that's like a side goal lmao) but because I ENJOY it. All of your workouts are so fun and they just make me feel sooo much better about myself. Kudos to you and keep going, you're making this world a much better place.
    P.S. I'm actually kinda proud of myself aswell,, like the ugly belly fat I had is almost completely gone, I have a flat stomach now and hopefully 11 lines show up in a few weeks 😭,, all thanks to you, Sabah!
    P.P.S. do you need like an assistant or something? I would love to dance with you or help you out,, and I'm not trying to be creepy and you can ignore this last sentence if you want hehe. But yeah, lots of love from me and my family(they adore you) 😙😙💜💜

    I had 2 all time favourite songs in this... thanks for adding them! Loved Shiela ki jawani.. its awesome!! Chikni chameli steps could have been faar better, that song is soo nice but steps aren't.. see if you can re-do it at some point Sabah.. but nevertheless, let me admit my day starts with stepping for choreography every day! Thank a ton! You are awesome!

    Hey! This one was great. Chikni Chameli felt faster than Ghoomar, didn't think that was possible. Loved the usage of glute resistance bands in one of your longer workouts. Any chance of getting a 30-45 min workout which uses more of this equipment (and dumbbells and other resistance bands etc) to up the intensity?

      I wouldn’t suggest more than 45min at a time (as they are intense and I design them like that) but if you want to do more, you can select what works for you.
