You may enjoy the 2024 'PS2 PURGE SERIES', as we look as games in our existing PS2 collection through quick reviews of the games in each episodes. If they turn out to be more than just fodder they survive, otherwise they will be purged from the PS2 collection.

The ‘Gentleman of Games Way’ to build a free collection:
Step 1: Hunt down games anywhere you can find them, remember to check them to make sure they are all in good condition.
Step 2: Where possible use the CEX App to ensure you get more cash than what you are about to pay, otherwise use your skills and gaming knowledge to find the bargains.
Step 3: Use the CEX App to find out what cash value our High street overloads will give you for all your recently hunted games in total. Make sure CEX will give you more (or at least) the same cash that you spent on your newly found games before you get to the store.
Step 4: Remember to set aside the games you want to keep and enjoy for your own free games collection. Ensuring that the cash return of the other games going to CEX will cover what you spent on the games you are keeping, and that's the key to making the collection FREE.
Step 5: Walk into your local CEX, be kind and polite, and exchange your games for cash. If your bundle is worth more cash than what you spent you decide if you want; more cash for future hunts, or a voucher to buy any specific games you want in your collection.
Step 6: Rinse and repeat forever and ever to build and enjoy a gaming collection to keep you and your loved ones constantly entertained and enjoying gaming for the rest of your days.

Picked up resident evil 3 nemesis on ps1 at carboot weekend for £3 case manual and disc all in mint condition i couldn't believe it work perfectly

Just thought I should leave a comment about Minecraft story mode - it’s so expensive because the devs Telltale went bankrupt and the game got removed from all digital storefronts. With the season pass disc you can still get episodes 1-5 but you can only get episodes 6-8 with the complete disc. The game is pretty good too!
That makes perfect sense, I know telltale went under but I didnt know about the final few episodes for this one only being on disc, explains the price for 360 and xbox one then. Glad I kept hold of it now then thanks for the information that's great 🤘
Winter Games was DLC for Steep, so its just the original game with the code in box with new cover art

@@gentlemanofgamesI’ve had Steep since day one and bought the dlc separate this game still holds up today and is fantastic I’ve smashed in so many hours on it it’s unreal I’d keep that new style cover art aswell mate!
Great finds bud. I found a real rarity at my local bootsale. A sims 2 collectors edition tin house thingy. Paid £5 for it, cex give £113 on trade for it. Decided to stick it on my vinted page as its a low print number or the certificate of authenticity and cex don't take that into consideration.
Ooh that sounds interesting, never heard of that before. Oh 100% give something like that a go on vinted first sort of thing a collector would be eager fo have, glad to hear the car booting was a success 🤘
Great stack of games there for trades and to keep. 😁Infamous is one of my favourite "super hero" game series ever. I have both of the special editions on PS3.
It has an amazing karma system, where it completely changed the story. I will say the bad playthrough of the first game is very fun and your powers are mental.
It's an amazing bunch of games and you can indefinitely see the fact that insomniac was given the Spiderman series, due to the parkour of the infamous series. It is in my opinion, one of the best exclusives on the PS3.
I'm going TBH... I have never played infamous 😅 but I have heard like you say that it is a great game that doent get the attention it deserves. The 3rd one on PS4 I have seen is really cheap so think you may have persuaded me to grab it 🤘
@@gentlemanofgames Second Son is good but compared to the originals is not as good. Desmond is ok but Cole is the better protagonist. Hell a DLC turns him into a vampire 😂

I just picked up a sealed copy of the last of us for PS3 for 2:50 from my local charity shop, such a good find.
Keep it sealed mate, get not too many sealed copies of that one still floating about 👌

@gentlemanofgames was having too many issues with too many ps2 discs so I sold it saying the issue with it so now looking for a ps2 phat. Hoping to get one on weds🙌 I haven't played it but I heard about it

Wow! Amazing stuff. Very jealous of you obtaining such cheap wii sports games😅 I could have picked up the thing last year but I heard the game was a bit meh compared to the movie. Infamous tho..🔥👌 1 of the best modern games I've played. Blew me away back in 2011 when I played it.
I'm hearing I famous is a game I need to play. Oh well the film is a classic so hard to live up to but I enjoyed it. It's a PS2 horror so they don't age the best but I think it's worth it if you get a chance 🤘
