Bro, I've the same story as you. I've been playing the keyboard casually for 10 years, since I was five. But it was only 3 years ago when I started playing more often and got better. I suggest you start with synthesia first. There are thousands of covers in youtube. Once you get the feeling of the melodies, you can try learning your songs by ear. It is very fun, very easy and no money for sheet music or tutorials is needed. Only your hands, your ears and the keyboard is required. Trust me, within a few months, you'll see improvements. You can use this method best if you're poor (like me, a 15 yr old kid). But if you have money, you can go for classes or paid online lessons. All the covers on my channel are done by ear, so you can believe me that the method is real and effiective. ;) All the best, hope you become a master at the instrument.
