You cannot record zoom with thrid party recording software, sir. Even if you try to do it, only the video gets recorded but not the audio.

Hi thank you for your feedback. I use a broadband called "realnet" which is a wireless internet provider. Their internet is blazingly fast and cheap as well. This makes my video streams smooth and uninterrupted. Only on rare occasions I face some network hickups, which is ok for me.
I request you to get a decent broadband with good download and upload speeds. This will give u uninterrupted internet service during your video conferencing.

Hello Manoj: I am a Retired Math teacher doing Math tutoring. I watched many zoom tutoring but I was
so impressed by your way of teaching. I started math tutoring using Zoom Program. I have a couble of questions. (1) If I remove any student it says he can't join the meeting. Is it right? OR Can I join him again?
(2) In your tutorial your student sent an answer sheet that is marked and comment by you. How can I ask them to send their answer paper without knowing other student? That is only between the particular student and the teacher. (3) How can I get the yellow circle moving with the cursor like you do?

Hi sir, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the late reply.
1) Use only PC/Laptop to enable this option (You can't do this in mobile APP).
Login to Zoom -> Go to Settings in the left side -> In Meeting (Basic) -> Here browse to "Allow removed participants to rejoin" option and Switch on the Toggle-Switch. Now You can rejoin any removed student.
2) No sir. You cannot privately annotate a particular student. It must be done publicly. You can share files in chat window, and that too should be done publicly.
The only place you can go privately in ZOOM is the CHAT. You can chat privately to anyone during live.
3) The Yellow Circle is done after production sir. I included that circle from my screen recording software. In ZOOM you can use 3 things during screen sharing or whiteboard sharing:
1) Click on Annotate -> Choose Arrow or Spotlight
2) Click on Annotate -> Mouse
3) Click on Annotate -> Select
You can use the above three methods to highlight everything you like on your scree.
If you want to make a separate video for ZOOM tips and tricks, kindly let me know. I shall do it.

Hi sir basic recording is free in which the file is recorded to your local hard disk. If your internet connection is lost, then your recordings will also be lost.
For cloud recordings, you need to buy the premium plan. The starting price is rs.1300/month for 1GB cloud storage with 100 participants. The advantage here is,The entire meeting will be recorded even of your internet is not consistent. Hope this helps sir.

Proper way:
1. Go to www.zoom.us website
2. New user means "signup". U can sign up using Google account. It will ask for your date of birth. Just give it and login.
3. Already a user means, "signin". Easy way is sign in using Google account.
4. After sign in, click on "join meeting" at the top right cornor of the page.
6. Type meeting ID.. it will again ask for password. Type it also. Now you can join the meeting.
Shortcut:
1. Go to www.zoom.us website
2. Click on "join a meeting" at thr top right corner of the screen.
3. Type meeting ID and password.

Try to use Chrome browser for this. Or login using incognito window. This may solve the issue I guess.
In mobile if the program is tomorrow, can I go today by giving I'd and password. How many characters should be in password. Should all be in all letters.
Once the meeting is created you can join in the meeting any time sir. It doesn't mean that you have to go to the meeting only on the specified date and time.
I have no idea about the number of characters, but I am sure that you can give any name for your password.
My passwords so far are: manoj, klnce, 22642, mathsworld2 etc. It works.

Free account won't support co-host sir. You have to buy premium for getting co-host. The basic plan is around 6k/month which gives 1 host, 3 co-hosts.

Can we use only one Meeting ID to conduct classes by different Teachers?
Yes offcourse.
You can do this in two ways.
1. Allow participants to share. This allows anyone to share slides or materials. Many teachers can teach at the same time by sharing their resources.
2. If you are using free zoom account, you can make anyone as a host and they will get full control. By this way many teachers can teach. If your are using zoom premium account you can set many co-hosts. Even the basic zoom premium plan has 1 host and 3 co-hosts.
Due to low quality of my webcam, shall I use my mobile phone camera as a webcam while using Zoom software in PC?

1. Yes you can connect your Mobile camera with PC and use as webcam
2. Download droid cam app from your android store. Connect your mobile camera wireless or using USB to PC.
3. In the left hand corner of your screen, click on the camera icon. In that choose Droid Cam. It will work.
Note: All webcam in laptop will be less in clarity which is enough for most Live applications.

Yes.
For example, if the meeting is between 9am to 10am, you can attend the meeting anytime in this one hour. If the meeting ends, you cannot attend. This is not like TH-cam live, in which everything is recorded and stored. This is like a chatting/conferencing kind of broadcasting. Hope this helps.

Go to meeting -> edit -> turn audio to both, select the auto recording switch to ON.
Your mobile phone mic or headphone mic is more than enough to record mic.
Recorded video/audio will be auto saved in your mobile phone.

Hai sir..how to add co host?
In free account you cannot have a co-host sir. You need to pay for having co-host option. Basic plan is 95$ where you can have one co-host and cloud recordings.
For adding co-host in paid account, just click on the person's/participant's name. You will have so many options like mute, rename etc. In that you can also see "make as co-host".

In TV Screen mirroring audio not audible
May be your microphone is muted or many apps running in your phone is using the same microphone (conflicting)
For mute:
1. Keep your mobile speaker volume to full by adjust the volume rocker buttons.
2. Go to zoom app -> settings -> always mute my microphone (off the button)
3. Go to zoom app -> meetings -> edit -> audio option -> select both telephone and audio device
For conflict:
1. Close all other running apps in your phone
2. Go to settings-> app management-> app permission -> microphone -> switch on the toggle button for ZOOM
(if possible switch off the toggle button for all other apps other than ZOOM)
Finally check the settings and volume on your TV.

In short you can only do cloud recordings and recording to your phone is not possible in free account.
Screen recorders won't help as you can only record video but not audio.

Mic and cam will be at the bottom left corner. You can switch it on or off.
If you still have problems, go to settings in your mobile -> app management -> app permissions -> microphone -> search for zoom -> switch on the toggle switch.

Go to meeting -> edit -> audio settings -> choose both.
If you are using headphones, many apps may be using your mic. Close all applications and use only zoom.
Go to settings -> app management -> app permissions -> microphone -> switch on zoom if it's off.
Also switch on the mic from the left bottom cornor. It will look red when it is off. Looks white when on. Check that too.

1. If whatever you write on the digital whiteboard reflects on your laptop, then it is very easy to share the screen through zoom. (Screen sharing)
2. If it's not possible, then you must use a camera or mobile to shoot the live video and share the same using zoom.
You can easily connect the mobile phone camera to zoom.

1. Check your system updates. Sometimes windows may update automatically. switch it off.
2. Check for any torrent downloads running in your laptop. Even uploading if torrent will exhaust your data.
3. Make sure no other tab is opened. Have only zoom opened in your browser.
4. Lastly very important: switch off your camera and mic. Your camera could use much data. ON it only when needed.

Ok sir try this anyway.
1. Off your camera
2. If you share screen: stop sharing when you are done. Don't just have the screen shared when u r not explaining.
3. Simply to say, use mic/camera only when needed. Always keep them in OFF MODE.
4. If you want your camera ON throughout the meeting, go to settings-> video -> Enable HD (off it). This too saves your data.

Yes you can, IF you are an online tutor or IF you own an institute like computer institute, competitive exams institute etc. Now most of these institutions earn money by teaching them online.
Another way is to register a virtual teaching company and teaching students only via. online using zoom app. U can get a fee from students in this way.

In laptop or in mobile?
If laptop -> go to control panel settings -> sound/audio settings -> check for the proper mic. Enable the mic you need and disable the mic u don't want. (Sometimes two mics will be conflicting - your headphones and laptop default mic)
If it's mobile, check audio with and without head phone mic. It should work at any of the options.
Also in zoom app, go to
Meetings -> edit -> audio options-> choose both audio.
