I just Googled Dr Northrup because the founder of a menopause center. Engel in Mexico city mention her . I congratulate and Thank The Doctor for their passion to investigate and bring confor to us ladies in the midst of suffering . God bless all the Doctors🙏
As goddesses do.. applaud, encourage & admire one anothers ability to influence & change the world. That's the nice surprise at the end of the video. Went straight to the heart. Thank you 💕👸👸
Feeling overwhelmed by all of this; doctors I’ve been to have done everything to dissuade me from using any type of hrt & have only written me a scrip for anxiety meds which I severely reacted to. The only medical advice I was given was to “get more vigorous exercise”. I’m in Canada, why hasn’t anyone recommended progesterone topical for my symptoms? Or at least a referral to check my hormone levels?? Meditation & focus, as well as keeping active are my saving graces to help manage my symptoms so far. Thx for this video.
I'm glad that Dr. Northrup is positive about over-the-counter hormone preparations. Another gynecologist told me that even my USP approved progesterone and phyto-estrogen creams are a bunch of garbage. She believes that USP is unreliable. But they do work for me!
I'm 47. Have endured all the perimenopausal sympstoms for years now. My gyno--doctor offers extra estrogen a solution, even though my periods are fairly normal still and everything looks fine downstairs - thankfully. It just doesn't feel right with more estrogen. I eat healthy, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke and I excersise moderately. Am going to seek a second opinion. It just feels so ...up hill.

Joint pain & soreness is not linked to menopause much, BUT oh my gosh
Does the Bio Identical HRT it make you put weight on and makes you bloated ? As this happened to a friend who just started it .
Happened to me and headaches. On bio identical HRT 6 months and am off it now. Listening to my body and intuition 🎉
Was it transdermal? Or oral?
The bloated feeling is excess Estrogen. And its poor Estrogen. Usually Estrone.
@@jessicahitchens6926 cream yes not oral
@@jessicahitchens6926cream not ingested tablets
What about people who had breast cancer? Can they still have natural progestérone?
No do proper research!!
@ I did my research and they can if it is wild yam, now you do yours!
Superb !! 💖🙏
I have no desire for sex now. I couldn’t get enough before menopause
You've no Testosterone... That's not good. For your muscles and bones. Your drive and motivation. It's not just $ex.

Going into a cave doesn't solve anything. Ridiculous statements 🤡
