Just as a matter of knowledge, I know that the main intention of the videos is teaching NX but as the topic GD&T is mentioned I need to inform. ISO GPS (GD&T) no longer uses composite tolerance(Frame) , only ASME Y14.5. So in this case double tolerance frame should be used in this demonstration once you wanted to talk about CZ modifier.

But as you have already written, the video is intended to show how the symbols are created and placed in NX.
