you literally get 300 from turning in lend lease part 2 which isnt that hard of a quest to get to or complete

Interchange stash runs is how I learnt the game.

Yep, though they seem to be blinded for only 2-3 seconds in my experience in PVE with the zarya flashbangs
Flash bangs I would say yes but flashlights, I cannot tell you how many times I have been one tapped rounding a corner while the AI is staring into the sun.

The cheater term is thrown around a little bit too much I think. Surely they're are cheaters but it isn't nearly as frequent as it's called out. A Raider was what peaked you on labs.
