I loved this story. Poor Jodi had a rough childhood, it sounds like her step mother was wicked and lazy, always having Jodi watch her little sister. She loved her little sister so much. I really like Mrs. Hambly, she was an amazing lady, I loved her stories. I was hoping Dr. Backman and Jodi would get married and maybe live with My Hambly. I love your stories and narration so much, I could listen to them all day long. Another excellent story just as expected. I do however wish there could have been more interaction with Jodi's stepsister Molly and more personal interaction between Jodi and Dr. Bachman. The description of medical care saving a life explains the need for such care. In the end, standing together, the truth was revealed, justice was served and love continued to grow. Thank you!

This was a very good story. I love how there was a little bit of adventure when it came to trying to put the pieces together of the Son in law and chef Doctor. I also half expected to hear Jodi and Dr. Blackman get together in the end. But nice change in pace. The only two things I didn’t like were how long Jodi’s backstory was (while it did provide some valuable insight into how Jodi is and acted, but didn’t seem necessary to me). And more importantly for me, we don’t find out as to WHY Bill the son in law wanted to have his MIL die so quickly/in a rush.
