The 30fps argument doesn't make sense in that it's not "cinematic", it's TV. Cinema traditionally runs at 24 (or 23.976) fps, while TV is what runs at 30 (or 29.98) fps. If you gave one of these guys a true game running at 24 fps I think the difference would be a little more obvious.
