If you plan on grinding for 100 hours and 80h of it are at orcs, is it worth grinding the other 20h on the spots to complete & sell extra cups or better to just grind the full 100 at orcs?
PEN Jetina Accessory and PEN Capotia Neck are probably the only ones you should cup until you start getting to like TET Disto since the cost for the cups (excluding Cup of Arid Moonlight) are billions of silver and it isn't worth cupping all your accessories because that'll cut into your silver going towards sheet AP upgrades to which you'll have to spend even more silver to reclaim the cups (or just buy new cups).
It depends on what your stocks are and how long you plan on keeping the capotias. To extract ONE cup later on, you need: --20 of EACH shard(Yellow, Blue, Red) ->Heating ->20 Fused Crystal of Emotions OR 50mil/Crystal at Wacky Toshi(that's 1 Bil, used to be yikes, but with today's Silver/hr, not that big of a deal) --10 Yellow accessories(Use the cheapest one, usually Ronaros Ring,Serap, Sicil necklaces) ->Simple Alchemy ->10 Fragment of all Creations (that'll cost you ~100mil if you buy from MP) --10 Gervish/Macalod/Hoom(base, doesn't matter which) ->Heating -> 10 Legacy of the Ancient (55mil cost) --100 Magical Shards (~250mil from Sealed BMCs, Marketplace) --10 Forest Fury(~40mil, Marketplace) Add it up and it's about 450mil silver + however many hours it takes you to grind 20 of each shards.(I usually get 10/hr average, so that's 6hours) or straight up 1.45Bil. You decide. If you can take that into account and keep the materials for when you plan to swap the accessories and have other goals currently(like you're working on armor/weapons besides the cups) then you can put some in the capotia/Jetina. I personally recommend the more defensive ones, like the Belt DR, Neck HP(don't bother extracting that one, just buy a new one from MP, they're minlisted always) and Ring HP + the Jetina accessory(whichever that is.)
Is HP cups even worth anymore? They are killing open world pvp, was thinking of going for HP cups and already hade valtara and ruins ring. But with family bound karma and marni realm. It’s probaly better to sell valtara and ruins ring for tungrade and go for Crit cups.

Fortuitous timing! I literally just started asking myself if I wanted to go for crit or HP cups on my rings.
Mostly lifeskill, so I'll use that as a convenient excuse, but before this I knew cups existed but no clue what they did, thanks man.

So depends on how much silver you make an hour, generally it would be best to grind it all at orcs and just buy the ones you want

HP cups are absolutely still worth it, node wars, just not dying in general to pve, HP is more important for boss blitz
