My tip for you is to aim for the head when the opponent is on the ground and when in a combo aim for the feet. Also do wider strafes and maybe learn to jump reset. You look a lot better though!

not really because the person who is closer to your base has the advantage. you are wasting your time putting on a defense while your opponent is closer to your base and can potentially hit you off
