Amen! Thank you for your testimony Pastor James! I hadn't even heard of SDA, but we came across Sabbath truth and that's what led us to SDA. I've grown more in my knowledge of the Bible in the past 2+ years as an SDA than I did in 38 years as a Baptist. ❤️ I still love my old congregation but I had to follow what I saw as Bible truth. "Follow the Lamb wherever He goes!" We've been blessed ever since. Thank you to all the staff for the study you all do. I teach the adult class this Sabbath and your videos help me very much. Powerful lesson to believe in Jesus Christ, watching from Philippines
John's willingness to decrease in importance shows unusual humility pastors and other Christian leaders can be tempted to focus more on the success of their ministries than on christ beware of those who put more emphasis on their own achievements than on God's kingdom this is a wonderful lessons for us thank you 3abn sabbath school panel for such a deep study on the word of God continue to be available for us God bless you all ❤❤

Can you explain why in this week's lesson we are talking about a conflict between the disciples of Jesus and the disciples of John? I can't find an indication of this in the gospel of John. I realize the lesson is saying it "could" have been a dispute between them. In addition John 4:1 says when Jesus heard the "pharisees" heard Jesus baptized more than John he left Judea. My understanding is that Jesus oftentimes avoided the parishes because they wanted to kill him before his work was done. This makes sense to me for Jesus to leave. But to imply that both Jesus and John (and by implication, God) had so little control over their disciples that Jesus had to run away from Judea. I am confused. Can you help?.
