Tbh hyper is better than clock titan my best units are
1.Gojo(Ofc)
2.creator(2.1m DPS)
3.second in command(1.6m DPS)
4.uttv (1.2m DPS)
It is hard choosing between second in command and uttv but second in command has that 600k dmg with 1 sec cooldown which is insane

Well here’s the thing, Uttvm have infinite ranges, very expensive , have deadly attacks
But don’t forget titan clockman have massive range, not expensive than uttm, Critical damage, deadly damages, time stop ability, boost units, massive strengths
So basically if you ask me which is better I would say Titan clockman
