Some really good tips Gemary, thank you. I put lavender oil next to my pillow at night, helps me sleep. I've found natural bath salts to be really hydrating for the skin, maybe you could also use in the shower as a scrub too. Love making raw honey and lemon or ginger tea at night. Loved your Sunday night routine.x 😄
