How to tackle this situation?
1. When they are just starting to interrupt, stop them by saying politely that.. “Let me finish first” or “Listen to me”. 2. If you can’t then… confront that you don’t like being interrupted. 3. Despite trying these if they didn’t stop that means they are not giving you or your words that importance. Now here there could be 2 scenarios A. Either your words are really not that important, superficial and immature. If so then try to get more depth in your life, work n perspective, that will force ppl to respect ur words. B.
