@@itskai6901 yes i got the solution ! It happens if you put a cover on your device. Something is interfering your multi touch functionality. Just remove the cover and it will work. Worked for me !
@@June_815 So after 6 months of trying to fix this problem it turns out it was just my ipad case? I just removed it and everything went back to normal… thank you for this
Hi I recorded around 30 minutes and go back to play it but it stops after at 8 seconds? But shows the 30 minutes were recorded? Is there anything I can do to fix this?
