- Nepal Police Club defeated Nawa Jana Jagriti Yuwa Club, Simara with a big margin of 5-0 to enter the quarterfinals of the 6th Rajarshi Janak Cup at Karmaiya, Sarlahi.
Ravi Paswan scored a brace in Police’s win. Nirkumar Rai, Saujan Rai and Buddha Bal Tamang scored a goal each.
