You have damaged the surface for cutting a whole in that space...you could have precision with a power hole maker .. Secondly 2) 12:11 The placement of CNG changeover switch has a really Untidy fitment and also the plastic near it has melted...it looks like a school science project... A hole maker could have made your work. Ultra professional. 3) 10:03 The Boot carpet should be cut with precise measurements and tools according to the cylinder stand used. but instead your firm has done irregular cutting....a power Cutter could have given a great finish and professionalism I expect You being a young man will surely understand the gap for improvement and surely fill those gaps. Otherwise the fitting is great. Also the finishing for fitment is the ultimate USP for a retrofitment firm... And please let the customer decide whether the fitment looks professional or not....
What about approval from RTO and insurance.Now days they are checking mostly all the cars and heavy fine they are applying and some gas filling stations also ask for the RC card to check the approval then only they fill.

After installing a sequential cng(motozen) kit( retro fitment) in my Alto k10 2019 December, the RPM goes down to 500-600 at low speed when the AC is on and then comes up to idle. But when the AC is on at low speed the RPM goes down to 400-500 and then comes up to idle after 10-20 seconds. Why does this happen? Total running of car is 8500run in meter The ICV, throttle body, spark plug and injector have been cleaned.
Car is taking load get your current coil checked. It might be producing less current because of which 1 or 2 of your engine's cylinders might not be functioning properly.
I am also nexon owner. 1. It depends on the Kit make/model & Cylinder capacity; may be 50~55k. 2. Main problem is that for BS6 Petrol cars, these are not getting approved by RTOs.
