The trolly problem actually has thousands of situations. For example, the five people are strangers, the one person is your friend, the 3 of the 5 people are famous celebrities, the one person has almost ended world hunger. There are many, many situations that this problem could be in and it changes your view on each dilemma.
For the trolley problem, pulling the lever makes you responsible for a death but it also means you saved five people from death. But if they're stupid enough to stand on the tracks then maybe they should be put out of their misery
