Hello Jessica🙋🏻♀️ You are so pleasant, voice and presentation. I have lived in several countries in Europe except Portugal. I still feel like a Gitana. I always been attracted by Malta because of being so Mediterranean and it’s beautiful history. Sadly I never made it there. I love the influence of Italy especially on this lovely country. I’m sure if I were there, I would see, taste and feel the influences from the countries that have ruled it in the past. Obrigada 🙋🏻♀️
Thank you so so so much Jessica for this vlog because I was eagerly waiting for this vlog and I love your Malta vlogs so so much and I wish you reach 40K Subscribers very very soon!💕✨☺️
Not at all! A Ftira sandwich at one of the most popular beaches was 2.5€ and it was huge - at traditional food restaurants we paid maybe 20€pp and those were the most expensive meals we had. In Valetta you may pay higher prices than outside of the city too but in general very affordable in my experience!
having just returned from malta i can tell you that you will find only a couple resraurants serving maltese food. so few know how to cook even basic international dishes. even the traditional cheese is like rubber. I had to wait until I got home to make Maltese food.
@@JessicaVianaa so glad to hear it! I also have to know, are you "Team Ricotta" pastizzi or "Team Peas"? This is a very controversial national debate haha
@@ambercaitlin7364 oh I didn’t know that! I’d have to think 🤔 I really liked both but I’m a die-hard for anything with cheese so the ricotta might win it for me 😉😋
My partners family are originally from Malta so it's so lovely to hear about their culture & food. Great video!
Lovely to hear! Thank you for watching 🥰🥰
Thank you for this video. The "Gozitan" is one of our favourites, we have dinner there at least once every year.

You cannot eat rabbit with a knife and fork. You're missing a lot.
No ofense. Just my opinion here. Maltese food is ine of the worse i have tried and i was in more than 40 countries already
You have to be the first person to critically abuse the Maltese foods is no good, alot of rubbish I don't care how many countries you have been
@@katherinecumbo5906 are you gonna cry because I don't like Maltese food?
@giovani1913 NO I wouldn't cry, but you are full off rubbish talking like that HAHAHA
@@katherinecumbo5906 just accept that Maltese is horrible
There is no British influence in the Maltese beef olive recipe. Those colonists, were more ' into taking ' rather than giving.
